Introducing my best friend!!

Introducing Celeste

I have known Celeste my whole life. From the day I went to kindergarten right till this day. She was once my friend but now I consider her my best friend.

If you get to know her she’s really nice only ……..sometimes hahaha. But she can be shy but also  confident at the same time. She’s there when you need her, if you're down or angry, She can make you laugh and happy. If you’re new to the school she’ll include you, if she’s playing a game or just hanging about with her friends. She’s really amazing. She’s one of a kind. She’s really funny and she’s really nice. When Celeste get’s into her mode where she turns sadness to laughter, She can become someone else. Her jokes are hilarious and her eyes are funny as well when she laughs.

Celeste tells stories that will make you laugh your heart out. She can be a person with lots of kindness in herself. She cares for others, not just herself. She’s really cool to hang out with. She says things that are weird and crazy but turns out to be funny. She keeps secrets and doesn't blurt them out to other people and create rumors. She has a HUGE mind that has a lot of imagination and creativity. She’s a really good persuasive person. She’s good at writing and all the other subjects at school.

At school Celeste will distract you to make you laugh but then it’s worth talking to her and laughing with her. She can be serious sometimes but mainly cool.

So if you want to hang out with Celeste, Sure, Just make sure she doesn't bite YOU!

Humans often think of spiders from a  negative point of view.   Some people think spiders are  venomous, and dangerous, but not all spiders have these features . In fact, many spiders are harmless, like the daddy long legs. It is found throughout New Zealand but in less numbers in colder areas e.g. South Island.

Spiders belong in the Arachnid family. The Arachnid family are a group of eight legged species, Spiders are known to create spectacular spider webs that are made out of silk to capture there prey.

Some spiders have the amazing life span up to 15 - 25 years, but some spiders are only likely to live up to  1 - 3 years. Spiders have an unusual like blood colour (Pale blue) which tells them apart from us. Male spiders are smaller than female spiders, But the amazing thing about female spiders, is that they can lay 3,000 eggs in a day.

The largest spider/s in the world are the Giant Bird eating spider and also the Huntsman spider. These can both be found in North America.

Many people suffer from the fear of spiders, which known as  arachnophobia.  , Approximately 10% of those with this phobia are male compared with 50% of women.
